What is the minimum order quantity?
One master carton per SKU. Carton sizes range from 12 to 24 pieces depending on the model. We do not break cartons except in very specific exception cases.
How long does dealer approval take?
Within 24 working hours of receiving your complete application. Verified GSTIN holders get instant approval; non-GSTIN applicants may take 48 hours for additional verification.
What payment methods do you accept?
NEFT/RTGS, UPI, Razorpay (cards/netbanking/wallets), and credit terms (Net 30) for established dealers after the first three confirmed orders.
Do you offer transport / freight?
We dispatch ex-works Loni, Ghaziabad via leading B2B transporters (Delhivery, Gati, VRL, TCI, Safexpress). Freight is to the buyer's account unless agreed in writing on the proforma. Buyers may also nominate their own transporter.
What's the difference between Musical (18%) and Normal (5%) tiers?
Same chassis, same wheels — but Plus variants ship with horn, lights, and music on the handlebar (HSN 9503, 18% GST). Base variants are clean rides without electronics (HSN 8712, 5% GST). Lower price point, customer-friendly tax pass-through.
Do distributors get exclusive territory?
Yes. Distributors who commit to a minimum monthly volume get exclusive PIN-code zones — we don't appoint competing dealers in your protected area. Territory rights renew annually based on volume performance.
What's your damage / return policy?
Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the transporter's POD — replaced in next dispatch or credit note issued. Manufacturing defects covered for 6 months. Goods once sold are not returnable for change-of-mind.
Do you supply outside India?
We currently dispatch only within India. International orders require a separate export agreement — contact us directly to discuss.
